Saw Bon Iver at Deer Lake Park tonight. Because I wasn’t allowed to bring my camera in (more on THAT bullshit later), these are some pics from my phone. I like the panorama function.

  • Deer Lake Park is probably the best venue I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to some good outdoor ones)

Arrested Development

I’ve started (re)watching Arrested Development on Netflix… and god, I love this show. Its kind of similar to Community in its style/level of humor, although the jokes are often much more stealthy, and spread across several episodes. There are so many things I could list about why this show is so great, but I’ll save it for now… if you haven’t already, go watch it yourself! (Like I said, Netflix has it)

(P.S. Jane Lynch just showed up in episode 1.14!? Yay!)

BUT SERIOUSLY: seeing Bon Iver on Friday I could not be more excited good thing I left my make-up in Victoria, because I will probably cry during said concert my friend and I have a dream: get Bon Bon to perform his cover of “I Can’t Make You Love Me”— if you feel like it, tweet @boniver and mention that his show at Deer Lake Park on May 25th should hear #ICantMakeYouLoveMe…. ya know, or something like that I AM EXCITED.
